About The Opportunity
OKX CEO Office's Data Product team is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager responsible for both internal data services and data requests from various business lines, aiming to improve efficiency and user experience company-wide.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Data Business Partner: Understanding business use cases, prioritizing data requests, collaborating with Data Engineering and Backend Engineering teams to design data pipelines/models to support strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and SOP Development: Partnering with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring a seamless user experience and improving satisfaction.
- Data Governance: Collaborating with data, backend, and frontend teams to lead data governance projects, ensuring a scalable data infrastructure to support business growth.
What We Look For In You
- Minimum of 5 years in data-related or product management fields, familiar with data warehouses, applications, and analytics tools.
- Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills for navigating complex technical challenges.
- High responsibility, ownership, and resilience under pressure.
