Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning of dietetics services for Tengah General and Community Hospital, including space, design, workflow and manpower considerations.
- Collaborate with clinical, allied health, operational and administrative stakeholders in planning of dietetics services.
- Assess and manage patients referred for dietetics services independently and implement appropriate treatment plans, applying specialised knowledge and skills.
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient clinical assessment in medical records accurately.
- Collaborate and network strategically with healthcare practitioners within and beyond NUHS.
- Comply with clinical and service standards.
- Assist with administrative duties as tasked
Job Requirements:
- Recognised degree in Dietetics
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience preferred, preferably within a medical institution or hospital.
- Communicate and interrelate effectively in diverse contexts
- Adaptability and ability to multi-task and manage time well
- Effective problem solving, planning and organising skills including awareness of resource management.
