About the Role
As a Senior Marketing Executive (Digital & E-Commerce) at Instinct Pet Food Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital and e-commerce business across key platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, FairPrice, and our own Website store.
You will lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, manage e-commerce operations, and execute brand campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and sales in Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
- Manage Instinct's presence on regional e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, FairPrice, Amazon and Website)
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, bundles, and campaign activations to maximize sales and visibility.
- Monitor performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and ROAS; implement optimization strategies.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplace ads to drive traffic and conversions.
- Develop content and creatives for paid ads, social media, email, and in-app campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ensuring efficient ad spend and strong ROI.
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
Brand Building & Content
- Create and manage digital content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Drive influencer, affiliate, and UGC campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with KOLs and brand ambassadors for product reviews, giveaways, and event activations.
- Plan, organize, and support events, expos, and offline activations to strengthen brand presence.
Analytics & Reporting
- Consolidate monthly sales reports across platforms, highlighting growth trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to improve campaign targeting, product performance, and customer acquisition.
- Present performance updates and recommendations to management.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with supply chain, operations, and retail partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and stock availability.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align with global brand direction while tailoring strategies to local markets.
