Job responsibilities:
Research emerging bank proposition strategy, channel proposition trend & collaborate with internal functions & bank partner on analysing customer insights; and identify opportunity & actionsLead and drive the development and innovation of Banca/Broker-relevant proposition (e.g. covering product, underwriting, value-added services & incentives) to enable further penetration into all segmentsDrive the best practice sharing across marketsSupport the delivery of partnership performance; with a focus on incentives & proposition executionFacilitate proposition approval both internally at Prudential and at bank partner governance, through engagement with Group Functions (Finance, Risk), Local Markets (PD, Product, Finance) and Bank partnerCollaborate with team member on developing proposition-focused StrategyJob requirement:
15+ years of relevant working experience; Previous partnership distribution (e.g. bancassurance / broker) experience preferredStrong analytical skills: Qualified Actuary preferred, or with very strong quantitative background; previous Product Development/Pricing experience is preferredStrong communicator with good influencing and stakeholder management capabilitiesGood business acumen with a strong understanding of life insurance financials & productsStrong capabilities in project managementGood team player
