Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Consultant with a strong background in Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights modules, as well as hands-on experience in Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Apps.
The ideal candidate will have participated in multiple full project cycles and possess a minimum of 7-10 years of support experience for both D365 and Power Platform applications.

Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Configure and customize D365 applications, including Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and design functional solutions.
Lead or contribute to at least 2 full project cycles, covering analysis, configuration, testing (UAT), deployment, and training.
Deliver training workshops and create user documentation and functional design artifacts.
Power Platform
Design, configure, and customize components across the Power Platform: Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Power Apps, and Power Pages.
Participate in at least 2 full project cycles, driving solution design, implementation, testing, and user adoption.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with D365 and other enterprise systems, and apply best practices for governance and lifecycle management.
Support & Maintenance
Provide ongoing support for both D365 and Power Platform applications (minimum 3 years experience each).
Triage, diagnose, and resolve user-reported issues, working collaboratively with technical teams and users.
Monitor system performance, manage incident resolution, and maintain support documentation.
Cross-Functional & Governance
Assist in workshops extracting business requirements and translating them into technical design (functional specs, business process flows, dashboards).
Advise on best practices, security configurations, and environment governance.
Work in Agile or hybrid delivery environments; support release planning, change management, and project governance.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline (preferred).
Microsoft Dynamics 365: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and customizing Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights modules.
Power Platform: Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages solutions.
Demonstrated involvement in at least 2 full project cycles for both D365 and Power Platform implementations.
Robust support experience—5+ years supporting both D365 applications and Power Platform solutions.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, functional design, UAT, training, and documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Familiarity with environment governance, ALM, CI/CD processes, and Dataverse architecture (beneficial)
