Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support & Development
- Assist in the design and testing of robotic systems for aerospace manufacturing tasks such as drilling, polishing, and sealant application.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to develop automation workflows and integrate robotics into existing production lines.
- Participate in the setup and calibration of robotic equipment under supervision.
- Implementation & Troubleshooting
- Support the deployment of robotic solutions in airframe and engine maintenance environments.
- Help monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues during operation.
- Document test results and assist in preparing technical reports and SOPs.
- Learning & Collaboration
- Engage in hands-on training with industrial robots and automation software.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D.
- Attend internal workshops and contribute to innovation initiatives in robotics and AI.
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience in robotics or automation is a plus.
- Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of robotic programming (e.g., ABB, FANUC, KUKA).
- Familiarity with CAD tools and industrial automation concepts.
- Exposure to machine vision or sensor integration is advantageous.
- Soft Skills
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
