Responsibilities
Support & Development
Assist in the design and testing of robotic systems for aerospace manufacturing tasks such as drilling, polishing, and sealant application.
Collaborate with fellow engineers to develop automation workflows and integrate robotics into existing production lines.
Participate in the setup and calibration of robotic equipment under supervision.
Implementation & Troubleshooting
Support the deployment of robotic solutions in airframe and engine maintenance environments.
Help monitor system performance and assist in troubleshooting issues during operation.
Document test results and assist in preparing technical reports and SOPs.
Learning & Collaboration
Engage in hands-on training with industrial robots and automation software.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D.
Attend internal workshops and contribute to innovation initiatives in robotics and AI.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Internship or project experience in robotics or automation is a plus.
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of robotic programming (e.g., ABB, FANUC, KUKA).
Familiarity with CAD tools and industrial automation concepts.
Exposure to machine vision or sensor integration is advantageous.
Soft Skills
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
