We are looking for highly motivated candidates with keen interest in robotics technologies to join our multi-disciplinary team of healthcare innovators in the development and deployment of impactful healthcare solutions.
You will be involved in the research and development and prototyping of intelligent healthcare systems, building enablers to support the scaling of robotic solutions in public hospital and health institutions.
Overview
CGH is seeking candidates to contribute to the development and deployment of intelligent healthcare systems and robotics-enabled solutions in public hospitals and health institutions.
Responsibilities
Use relevant engineering skills and knowledge to support various stakeholders to conceptualise, formulate and design solutions to address identified challenges in support of the strategic thrusts of the Centre and Hospital.
Participate in the design, prototyping and implementation of engineering solutions (Sensors and Robotic platforms) for healthcare needs
Develop software packages and smart solutions to support robotic solution scaling
Support and facilitate the knowledge transfer and training of healthcare institution personnel for the operation support of the systems, post project implementation.
Requirements
Good Engineering Degree with at least 2 years of experience in electrical circuitry design, robotic solution and/or software application implementation preferred
Prior experience in healthcare is an advantage
Independent and Effective team player
Good interpersonal and communication, trainer experience is an advantage
Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations
Familiar with the following
Robotic Platforms
Familiar with software development and integration of/with robotic platforms, SLAM, or related fields.
Experience in development and testing of the following is an advantage
Robot Operating System (ROS), Gazebo, Unity, Linux, OpenCV
Robotics perception, LIDAR, object tracking, motion planning, machine learning, sensor fusion and system engineering
Embedded and real-time systems
Algorithm development in RUST, C/C++, Python.
Unix shell scripting
