Job Summary: If you are looking for equipment engineering experience, Emerson has a great opportunity for you! We are looking for Equipment Engineering Assistant that will support the production line under Measurement Solutions.
This role will perform maintenance works and will assist in resolving equipment issues and improvement activities.
Responsibilities
Responsible to perform equipment/facility maintenance works like PM/CM/AM, etc.
on shift.
Coordinate with engineering team and production team to fix equipment issues on time and work in improvement activities with team to reduce equipment failures.
Coordinate with other discipline engineers/production supervisor/safety team for efficient project execution to meet production requirement, project schedule and quality standard.
Work with vendors/contractors in execution of contract services.
Perform other duties as assigned; duties will vary according to the project progress and/or specific goals to the business unit.
Perform equipment setup and qualification.

Requirements
Higher NITEC/NITEC or Advanced Diploma/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
With strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
Candidates without experience will be considered; PLC, drafting drawings and Pro E skills will be advantageous.
Able to support weekends as and when required.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
Experience in Equipment installation and troubleshooting is advantageous.
Experience to troubleshoot and setup automated machine that involve PLC, robotics and IOT preferred.
