Key Event Management Role
About the Position:
This is a senior leadership role within our events team, where you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale events.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all operational deliverables are executed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple projects.
They should have in-depth knowledge of event regulations, venue operations, and safety requirements.
A bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related discipline is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in event operations, production management, or large-scale entertainment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to align with overall event goals.
- Lead detailed planning across scheduling, logistics, manpower management, and risk assessment.
- Ensure seamless operational execution and timely delivery of results.
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams, vendors, venue partners, and on-ground staff during event days.
- Oversee seating configurations, venue layouts, and operational logistics across multiple event locations.
