We're looking for a Senior Events Operations Executive to help lead and grow our signature events—from online masterclasses to in-person seminars and immersive client experiences.
This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who want to deepen their experience in event operations, while also getting exposed to strategic decision-making, systemisation, and the backend of running smooth, high-impact events.
What You'll Do
1.
Events Planning & Execution
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of *online and offline* events
- Coordinate venues, vendors, logistics, and internal teams
- Ensure events run smoothly, on time, and within budget

Systemisation & Operations
- Document and maintain event operations SOPs and workflows
- Track changes and improvements in event processes
- Provide feedback to improve efficiency, communication, and execution
3.
Pre-, During-, and Post-Event Roles
- Engage with event attendees via WhatsApp, email or calls to confirm attendance
- Provide on-site or virtual support during events
- Follow up with attendees on program enquiries or sign-ups
4.
Decision Support & Meeting Prep
- Attend operations meetings and advise the Director on relevant matters
- Provide recommendations on whether Director's attendance is needed at meetings
- Present updates clearly and succinctly
5.
Tools & Research
- Assist with research on platforms, tools or systems that can enhance operational efficiency
- Evaluate and summarise pros and cons for team review

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
- 1–2 years of working experience (internship experience welcome)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, Zoom, Eventbrite, Trello, etc.
- Past involvement in school event committees or volunteer coordination is a plus
