Responsibilities
As a Producer, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to crafting unforgettable moments.

We believe in the power of exceptional experiences to connect people and brands on a profound level.

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and transform it into innovative event concepts.

Design and execute event strategies that engage, captivate, and leave a lasting impression.

Coordinate seamlessly with various teams, including brand strategists, designer, and production experts, to ensure flawless event execution.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate cutting-edge ideas into our events.


Key Accountabilities
Client Management
Participate in the development of solutions that leverage existing offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
Guide the development, crafting and presentation of proposals, scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans as they relate to solutions
Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are understood and address it in a timely way
Ensure clear communication to the client for the assigned program regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and program status/ action items
Team Management
Working with the Director, manage the program process from creative through execution using The Moment Collective processes and tools.


Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Effective communication across the team on site and off site
Oversee team members on execution of all individual job details and responsibilities
Manage resources; identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed
Budget Management
Working with the Director, create project budgets forecast and manage the revenue and cost throughout the process
Ensure appropriate revenue detail to be communicated to the client
Manage third party costs and negotiation
Develop and actively manage vendor
Creative Management
Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
Continually look for innovative solutions and production methods
Incorporate cutting-edge ideas into our events
Success Measures
Leading of team for achievement of set revenue goals and indicators
Success and flawless delivery of project commitments
Positive team player that inspires others to excel and deliver
Repeat business with client
Revenue tracking and reporting to Management
The person we are looking for
You are absolutely passionate creating moments and setting benchmarks for events and marketing
Excellent time management skills and have a sense of urgency; proven ability to work on multiple projects at any given time, while driving those around them
Ability to think on your feet and be part of the solution
Be as brilliant at working alone (self-motivated) as you are as part of a team (the motivator)
You remain calm and collected under pressure
You are an excellent and effective communicator
You have a good knowledge on technical and logistical aspects of events production
You have a wide knowledge of the marketing industry and keep up-to-date with the event/ creative/media industry
You have at least 8 years’ events experience working on both physical and digital events
