We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive to join our Curriculum and Programme Operations Team.
This role plays a vital part in supporting undergraduate programme administration, academic planning, and curriculum operations.
You will help ensure a seamless and enriching academic experience for students by coordinating across departments, managing programme logistics, and supporting key academic functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Programme Administration: Support the management of Double-Degree, Second Major, and Minor programmes, including coordination with partner schools, tracking student progress, and handling withdrawals.
• Student Advisory & Support: Advise students on academic planning and course selections, ensuring accurate information is available across platforms.
• Curriculum Operations: Maintain curriculum records and updates, including course outlines, programme structures, and registration documentation.
• Timetable & Course Coordination: Liaise with departments to manage teaching schedules, course allocations, and registration matters.
• Process Improvement: Review and enhance administrative workflows and maintain up-to-date SOPs.
• General Administration: Manage shared inboxes, documentation, and provide support for key events such as Open House and Convocation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth academic operations.
Requirements
• Min.
Diploma/Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Prior experience or relevant qualifications in the higher education sector are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic to intermediate level) and MS Teams.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
• Demonstrates discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.|
• A proactive and tactful team player with strong interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Possesses critical thinking, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude toward learning.
• Mature, self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
