Senior Executive, Asset Management (Project) | 1-Year Renewable Contract

In this hands‑on project management role, you will collaborate across functions to take ideas from concept to delivery.
Partner with stakeholders, manage projects end to end, and see your work come to life — enhancing customer experiences and keeping our assets relevant and engaging for years to come.
Responsibilities
- Planning & Scoping: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and translate operational needs into clear requirements.
Assess feasibility, cost‑effectiveness, and long‑term asset value when shaping project proposals.
Provide technical input on design options, materials, and construction methods.
Translate design concepts and business needs into practical, executable project plans.
- Execution & Delivery: Manage contractors and consultants to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
Establish milestones, track progress, and ensure accountability across all phases.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Resolve technical and operational challenges proactively, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
- Improvement & Reporting: Provide insights and recommendations to improve design, technical solutions, and project delivery processes.
Prepare concise progress updates for management and stakeholders.
Support the development of reporting tools and SOPs to strengthen consistency and efficiency.
Contribute to enhancing venue appeal and customer experience through well‑executed asset development initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Project Management, or a related field.
- Hands‑on 1 to 3 years of experience in A&A projects (commercial/hospitality).
- Exposure to sports, entertainment or lifestyle venues and events will be an advantage.
- Organised team player with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Adaptable, resourceful and thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
