Overview
You will support the development and execution of compensation strategies and programmes to attract and retain talent.
This includes managing and administering compensation exercises such as salary review, performance bonus, annual wage supplement and variable payment schemes.
You will provide guidance on compensation matters to HR partners, analyse compensation data, maintain standard operating procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance whilst supporting the broader HR functions.

Requirements
- Degree with at least 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
