Responsibilities include
Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients Liaising with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research Assist customer success & business teams on product day to day activities. Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users. Work in a consultative framework identifying client pain, defining the proposition fit and pitching tailored solutions Drive client engagements through discovery sessions, product demonstrations and impactful pitch presentations and developer Q&A Lead workshops with customers to upsell & inspire roadmap Qualifications
Strong Leadership and communication skills 4+ years within a presales, product or solutions architect role A fintech environment experience is desirable Knowledge or working experience in Blockchain space is desirable Strong Presentation skills Interest in and understanding of the industry – often a technology-related one Strong passion towards building products & customer obsession The ability to research and keep on top of industry developments Influencing and negotiation skills Aptitude for time management and organisation Problem-solving ability. sibilities include
