We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to manage various aspects of course administration, faculty management, curriculum implementation, finance and office administration within the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration between colleges/schools/departments and the EEE APO Office regarding instructor assignments, academic coordination, and curriculum matters.
- Manage undergraduate curriculum matters, including liaison with course coordinators, course instructors, and timetable planning.
- Work with HR and schools to appoint part-time instructors and process teaching payment claims.
- Support the submission of academic proposals and actively support and coordinate the implementation of revamped curricula and new initiatives.
- Provide program-related advisory, administrative support for student projects, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Initiate projects using technology tools to improve work efficiency and outcomes.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Meticulous with good organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and information/database management systems.
- Knowledge in basic video editing, web-design and database management will be advantageous.
