As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will deliver the services provided by NUHS HR Group Shared Services in a consistent, accurate and timely manner.
This involves working with various stakeholders in supporting the On/Offboarding and Onsite related activities.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes.
• Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support.
• Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to On/Offboarding.
• Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through On/Offboarding stages.
• Ensure the services are delivered in line with NUHS' policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement.
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within NUHS HR Group Shared Services.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
