Join our Support Team serving Little Skool-House (LSH) centres across the island, where you’ll collaborate closely with centre representatives, the Technology Team, and other key stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll contribute to a variety of departmental functions—from supporting systems and operations, to reviewing work processes, assisting in regulatory compliance, and proposing improvements that enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing tasks related to standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flowcharts, data management via spreadsheets, and training materials.

  • Assist in the review and enhancement of current workflows within the Centre Support Unit, and work closely with external stakeholders to refine SOPs and processes for the wider LSH business unit.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and may be rotated across different teams within the unit to gain broader exposure and contribute to various initiatives.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to business analysis or end-user support functions.

  • A strong grasp of both high-level and detailed processes, with the ability to think critically, identify areas for improvement, and suggest practical enhancements.
