Senior Executive (Clinical Research Officer, Operations)
LKCMedicine is seeking a self‐motivated, proactive problem‐solver and strong team player to join the Health for Life in Singapore (HELIOS) Study team— a flagship Singapore population health study jointly conducted by LKCMedicine, the National Healthcare Group and Imperial College London.
The role will support the study’s goal of profiling the health and behaviour of up to 100,000 Singapore residents over several years through surveys, physical and functional measurements and biomarker analysis.
Responsibilities
Maintain clear and professional communication with study participants.
Guide participants through the study, ensuring they complete all required assessments.
Administer questionnaires and perform sample and physiological data collection accurately and efficiently.
Develop skills and gain exposure to all aspects of study processes and tasks.
Troubleshoot and address equipment failures promptly to minimize disruptions to study operations.
Monitor consumables and study supplies, flagging needs for replenishment.
Ensure strict adherence to study protocols, including familiarity with the Code Blue Response SOP.
Adhere to Good Clinical Practice standards and HBRA requirements throughout the conduct of the study.
Assist and collaborate effectively with Team Leads and colleagues.
Key Competencies and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or related field; diploma holders with relevant experience may apply.
Ability to work independently with high motivation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player who delivers good research participant care.
Strong attention to detail.
Fluent in spoken and written English; fluency in Tamil, Malay, Chinese or other dialects is an advantage.
Phlebotomy skills is an advantage.
