We are seeking a Senior Executive, Compensation & Payroll to join our HR team on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.
This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to compensation initiatives and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Salary Range: $3,200 – $4,300/month
- Location: One-North
- Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Extendable / Convertible to Perm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Compensation and Payroll Manager with the implementation and execution of compensation initiatives and payroll operations.
- Support payroll validation processes, including annual bonus payments, salary increment cycles, and promotion exercises.
- Collaborate with internal teams to roll out compensation programmes and process enhancements.
- Participate in the Manpower Planning Budget System (MPBS) implementation and support the automation of inter-company billing processes.
- Work closely with payroll vendors and system owners to resolve issues and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.
- Handle ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in managing payroll or compensation functions in a large organization
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with HR systems.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
