About the Role
Join a dynamic team supporting the Undergraduate Programmes Office (UPO) in curriculum planning and operations.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the academic journey of undergraduates by coordinating programmes, managing curriculum matters, and ensuring a meaningful student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Double-Degree, 2nd Major, Minor and other joint programmes in collaboration with partner colleges and schools.
- Provide guidance to students on programme requirements, course planning, and academic progress.
- Support semester timetabling, course registration, and curriculum planning.
- Maintain accurate programme information on intranet and websites.
- Liaise with stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve academic-related matters.
- Assist in office operations, documentation, and events such as Open House and Convocation.
- Review work processes, update SOPs, and support ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma holder.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the higher education sector preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (basic to intermediate level) and MS Teams.
- Strong organisational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Meticulous, adaptable, and a proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with taking up 6 months contract position
