Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources, including Active Ageing Centre, senior care centers, operations, manpower deployment, finance, and client engagement metrics.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Translate complex data sets into meaningful insights and recommendations for management reports, policy decisions, and service planning.
• Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) across cost efficiency, manpower utilisation, and programme outcomes.
• Partner with operations and finance teams to identify areas for productivity enhancement and cost optimisation.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) to visualise operational and financial performance.
• Automate recurring reports and visualisations for senior management and centre-level users.
• Present analytical findings through clear, intuitive visuals that support data-driven storytelling.
• Work closely with centre leaders to develop analytical tools for monitoring service efficiency and impact.
• Contribute to initiatives that leverage data for preventive care, early intervention, and active ageing insights.
• Stay abreast of developments in analytics, AI, and data visualisation relevant to the healthcare and social service sectors.
Key Data Domains You Will Work With
• Operational Metrics: Centre utilisation rates, activity participation, client engagement levels.
• Manpower Analytics: Staffing ratios, workload allocation, manpower cost efficiency.
• Financial Efficiency: Operating costs, cost recovery ratios, funding utilisation.
• Programme Outcomes: Impact metrics for wellness, social connectedness, and active ageing participation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Certification or working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent analytics tools.
Experience:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, preferably within healthcare, community care, or public sector settings.
• Experience in developing dashboards and generating business insights.
• Exposure to financial or manpower analytics will be an advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools.
• Ability to communicate complex data simply and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Passionate about improving outcomes for seniors and advancing data-driven innovation in the care sector.
