Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of the entire admin and finance functions in the centreUndertake the collection of service fees and other paymentsUndertake to produce and deliver accurate monthly invoices to CaregiversProcess quarterly submission to MOHAdminister Means Test applicationProcess monthly I & E and annual budgetProcess and file Seniors’ daily attendanceUndertake any other admin duties which the Centre Manager or Supervisor may assign from time to time Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business or Accounting & Finance or a Degree in Business or Economics or FinanceWork experience of 3 – 5 yearsProficient in Microsoft OfficePossess a passionate disposition to work with frail Seniors
