Senior Executive/ Executive, Performance Marketing (E-Commerce & UI/UX Focus)
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic marketing team as a Senior Executive / Executive, Performance Marketing with a focus on e-commerce and UI/UX.
In this full‐time role, you will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing initiatives and optimizing the user experience across our e-commerce platforms.
You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth targets.
What you'll be doing:
Plan campaigns strategy and product focus & promotions, execution, monitoring, optimization, performance analytics tracking and analysis.
Store Management & Optimization (e.g., Product Listing Pages, Landing Pages, Promotional Page).
Order & PRPO Management.
Apps Management and Optimization (e.g., Metafields, Klaviyo, Fast Bundle (BYOB), AI chatbot, etc.).
Designing and maintenance of UX/UI of website (e.g., wireframe, landing pages) and sourcing for developers through Upwork.
Managing and writing of technical documentation for developers.
EDM Management (e.g., set up of EDM flows, Email Automation flows structure and design, maintain Customer list and segmentation).
Review of product content angles, scripts, video and static creative submissions for Meta Ads.
Set up and monitor Full Funnel Product Ads, copywriting and reviewing of creative assets and copies.
Plan & Monitor Budget and ROAs.
Total Ads Performance and Optimization.
Build strong relationships with affiliate partners and external stakeholders.
Track and update GMV performance, sales data, best sellers, and traffic metrics.
Generate regular reports (e.g., Campaign & Sales performance, upcoming plans, future ideas for exclusive campaign mechanics) for Senior Management reporting while also managing related administrative tasks.
Any other job duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably in the FMCG, beauty, or health sectors.
Proficient in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, with hands‐on experience managing apps and integrations (e.g., Metafields, Klaviyo, Fast Bundle, AI Chatbot tools).
Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles for website and landing page optimization.
Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
Self‐motivated and able to work independently while effectively collaborating as part of a team.
