Job Description
Operational Oversight
Lead and supervise field operations at exhumation site to ensure timely, safe, and compliant execution of activities.
Oversee data collection, verification, and management of site information to ensure accuracy and integrity of records.
Monitor site progress, assess changing ground or weather conditions, and provide direction to the team on necessary adjustments.
Ensure all safety protocols and operational procedures are implemented and adhered to on site.
Team Leadership
Supervise and guide Field Operations team and diggers to maintain quality and productivity standards.
Provide on-site coaching, problem-solving support, and ensure staff maintain professional conduct and service standards.
Plan manpower deployment and schedule shifts to optimise operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth coordination of work processes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for families and next-of-kin, managing communication with empathy and professionalism.
Escalate issues requiring management attention and recommend appropriate solutions.
Quality and Compliance
Ensure all field operations are conducted in compliance with internal SOPs, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on contractor performance and work outcomes.
Prepare and submit operational reports, incident logs, and performance summaries.
Continuous Improvement
Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality.
Support management in reviewing and updating SOPs and training materials for field operations.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least NITEC or Diploma in any field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site operations or project supervision.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with difficult clients.
Possess the initiative to complete tasks and is meticulous, with an eye for details.
Class 3 driving license preferred.
Microsoft Office skills especially in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
