Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
(Senior) Executive, Financial Control
to join our Finance team.
You will play a key role in supporting financial closing activities, managing fixed assets, and ensuring strong compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting core financial operations and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of
monthly financial closing
processes in collaboration with internal teams and shared services.
Support
statutory reporting and audit activities , ensuring compliance with the latest IFRS standards and internal financial policies.
Manage operational finance processes, including:
Purchase requisitions and orders
Fixed asset management , such as:
Leading and executing fixed asset verification exercises
Ensuring accuracy of asset registers and compliance with accounting standards
Reviewing asset movements, disposals, and impairments
Partnering with asset custodians to uphold accountability and control
Expenditure management , including review of payables and accruals
Review and analyse financial data and reports to support decision-making and reporting accuracy.
Assist with
process improvements and system implementation
projects when required.
Support corporate governance by partnering with auditors and stakeholders to
resolve audit issues promptly
and maintain robust internal controls.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least
1–2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience .
Experience with SAP or working in the
healthcare sector
is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions or VBA), PowerPoint, and Word .
A team player with the ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
