Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative and advisory support to institutions.
- Ensure service standards (SLA/KPIs) are met and updated when needed.
- Manage HR processes in line with institutions' policies and regulations.
- Track and report HR service performance metrics.
- Review and improve work processes for efficiency and customer experience.
- Guide and coach the team on complex HR matters.
- Handle other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or Business.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Able to manage tight timelines and shifting priorities.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented team player.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
