About the role
Leeden National Oxygen Ltd' is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Executive, Human Resources, to join our dynamic team in the Pioneer West Region.
In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part on supporting the overall business objectives of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing operational HR support across the organisation, including recruitment, performance management, data integrity, work pass management, learning and development, and employee relations
- Manage the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including data compilation and verification for bargainable personnel
- Partnering with business leaders to identify and address talent management needs, ensuring the right people are in the right roles
- Overseeing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices to enhance the employee experience and organisational effectiveness
- Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
- Support L&D initiatives in course registration, annual training matrix, course evaluation, and partake in both internal and external training audits.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a unionised manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with payroll processing and excellent working knowledge of labour legislation e.g. CPF, Employment Act etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Certification in HR or a related field (e.g., IHRP, SHRM) is highly desirable
