Working hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 5.45pm) and Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm)
Salary: S$3,500 - S$4,500

Duration: 6 months (extendable / convertible)
Job responsibilities
General Administrative and Project Management functions include
- Support the organization of the major regional events.
- Assist in planning and scheduling of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in all logistical aspects of planning and executing events
- Scheduling and organizing all aspects of business travel: Booking hotel, air travel and ground transport for senior management delegation; liaising with vendors for oversees events and drafting travel itineraries
- Close liaison and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to update on event organization progress
- Recordkeeping and taking of minutes
- Preparing visuals, edms and power point presentation.
- Administrative duties to ensure the effective running of the office as assigned from time to time
International Relations
- Support in preparation for high level international delegation visits.
This would include detailed arrangements of all logistics.
- Support engagement and initiatives with partner institutions
- Conduct research to support data collation and analysis for strategic engagement.
