PRECision Health Research, SingaporE (PRECISE) is the central entity set up to coordinate a whole of government effort to implement Singapore's National Precision Medicine (NPM) strategy.
About the role
The Senior Executive, Marcomms will play a key role in supporting PRECISE Communications activities to deliver high-quality internal and external communications.
The core responsibility of this position is to provide in-house design support and assist in various communications-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
Assist in the conceptualisation and execution of in-house creative and design work (e.g., posters, infographics, event collaterals, digital assets).
Coordinate with vendors (e.g., printers, designers) when outsourcing is required.
Communications Support
Assist in content updates and routine maintenance of the corporate website and assets.
Assist with photography, videography, or live coverage of events when required.
Administrative & Procurement Duties
Support comms-related procurement processes including preparation of purchase requisitions, vendor onboarding, and documentation.
Coordinate with colleagues to handle Comms budget tracking and processing of invoices related to communications activities.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with PRECISE Senior Director and Senior Manager to execute campaigns and projects.
Requirements
What you need to know
Candidates are required to submit a design portfolio (PDF or online link) showcasing their previous creative work as part of the interview process.
Additionally, candidates will be given a design assignment to complete, which should be brought to the interview.
Successful candidate will be offered a 3-year renewable contract.
