Job description

Executive / Senior Executive (Corporate Communications & Marketing)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic communications professional to join our Corporate Communications and External Relations team.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Assistant Director and key stakeholders to strengthen the school's brand presence through strategic content development, social media, digital platforms, and marketing communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop on-brand content for social media platforms and manage a master content calendar.

  • Track and analyse performance of social media, newsletters, and campaigns, recommending improvements for optimisation.

  • Partner with the Corporate Communications Office (CCO) on media requests, thought leadership, and brand mentions.

  • Generate monthly sentiment and competitive reports using media monitoring tools.

  • Maintain and update the school's website and corporate presentation decks.

  • Explore and produce engaging short-form video content (e.g. TikTok).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in content and messaging.

  • Support execution of key events and activations.

  • Drive new initiatives and improvements in processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Arts & Social Sciences, or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Diploma holders with strong communications or marketing background will also be considered.

  • Hands-on experience in website management, digital marketing, and social media content strategy.

  • Proficient in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data and metrics.

  • Knowledge of CMS, HTML & CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Analytics will be an advantage.

  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable with taking up 6 months contract (Maternity cover) for exposure
