Job Description

Responsibilities:
You will assist in the transformation of patient care processes and service outcomes.

You will manage feedbacks from patients and caregivers, coordinate patient experience surveys, lead service improvement initiatives and collate feedback statistics for monthly management reports.

You will also assist and facilitate in multi-disciplinary projects, support committees, work closely with the various stakeholders and partners to enhance our care delivery system.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Knowledge in feedback management process.

    Relevant experience in healthcare and/or project management will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Team player and customer oriented
  • Meticulous, systematic and organised
  • Negotiation and change management skills
