Key Responsibilities
Facilitate and lead the DfS review process in compliance with statutory requirements.Coordinate and document DfS workshops, ensuring hazards are systematically identified and addressed.Advise project teams on risk elimination and control measures through design improvements.Prepare and maintain the DfS Register and DfS Report for submission to relevant stakeholders.Engage with Qualified Persons (QPs), contractors, and developers to ensure seamless integration of safety considerations into design.Conduct periodic reviews to ensure risk control measures remain effective during construction.Provide technical input and training to project teams on DfS principles and best practices.Qualifications & Requirements
Recognised DfSP qualification approved by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in design, construction, or safety management.Solid understanding of WSH (Design for Safety) Regulations 2015, Building Control Act, and related codes of practice.Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.Preferred Attributes
