We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Food Safety Lead to drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in preparation for ISO 22000 certification.
In this role, you'll be working across 3 key production areas:
You'll serve as the main liaison with our Group Food Safety & Quality team and external consultants, ensuring our products consistently meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
West Singapore (1-minute walk from nearest MRT station)

Responsibilities
• Set up and lead the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) to achieve ISO 22000 certification.
• Oversee quality assurance processes across food, seafood, and meat production lines.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Maintain HACCP plans, SOPs, and food safety documentation.
• Conduct hygiene checks, environmental testing, and preventive maintenance coordination.
• Investigate and resolve customer feedback, non-conformances, and quality issues.
• Deliver food safety and hygiene training to production staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with production and technical teams on R&D trials and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in food production or central kitchen operations; seafood/meat processing is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP) and quality control systems.
• Hands-on experience in leading or overseeing food manufacturing processes.
• Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is an advantage.
