Job Responsibilities:
Play instrumental role in supporting at-risk students in their academic journey and emotional wellbeing
Lead and coordinate Peer Teaching and Peer Coaching programmes - high‑performing students leader mentoring their peers and especially those struggling academically
Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance learning through Peer Teaching Programme
Champion teaching and learning support for Special Educational Needs (SEN) students
Be at the forefront of inclusive education and advocating SEN student's learning needs with student-centric support network with the teaching staff and academic office for academic accommodation
Lead initiatives that empower students with SEN to succeed academically
Play a pivotal role in re-admission appeals process and help facilitate student smooth transition back into the programme to ensure successful completion of their study
Coordinate with academic and student care teams to review student re-admission appeal and the academic and support plan
Provide critical administrative support for student disciplinary matters in line with university policies
Manage case records and prepare materials for the college inquiry committee and university disciplinary board
Monitor case progress and ensure student's compliance and completion of their required sanctions
Ensure student continuity of care
Strengthen the student care team's effectiveness and being a good team player covering the team support services for student to benefit from the continual holistic care and support
