Senior Executive, Student Talent Attraction and Development Job Opening In North West Community Development Council – Now Hiring MCI Career Services Pte Ltd


Job description

Job Highlight:

  • Work Days: Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 5.45 p.m. Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.15 pm.

  • Salary Range: Up to $4,500
  • Location: Boon Lay
  • 1 Year-Contract (Renewable)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Senior Executive to support student talent attraction and development initiatives.

This role will involve working closely with senior management, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver programmes that enhance leadership, scholarship, and interdisciplinary learning opportunities for undergraduate students.

Key Responsibilities

Student Talent Development Programmes

  • Support the planning and execution of student talent development programmes.

  • Collaborate with schools, offices, and vendors to design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and leadership initiatives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes.

Talent Scholarship Application

  • Assist in developing marketing and promotional materials for scholarships.

  • Manage scholarship applications, maintain records, and provide ongoing support to recipients.

  • Coordinate with interview panellists, scholarship recipients, and domain experts.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (management, colleges, schools, departments).

  • Collaborate with external partners, industry experts, and sponsors to strengthen programmes and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Humanities, Communications, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting or managing leadership/talent programmes, scholarships, or symposiums.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
