Responsibilities:
Student Talent Development Programmes
- Provide support to effectively manage talent development programmes aimed at developing undergraduate student talents
- Collaborate with colleges, schools, offices and vendors to assist in designing and delivering training sessions and workshops
- Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of talent development programmes
Talent Scholarship Application
- Provide support to develop marketing and promotional materials and manage scholarship initiatives
- Maintain ongoing relationships with domain experts/ interview panellists and scholarship recipients, and provide support during application process and throughout the recipient's educational journey
- Maintain accurate records of scholarship recipients and program impact
Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, colleges, schools and department heads, to ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational goals
- Collaborate with external partners, such as educational institutions, industry experts, and sponsors, to leverage on their expertise and support for initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in disciplines such as Business Administration, Humanities, Communications etc
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience supporting or managing initiatives such as leadership/ talent programs, scholarships or symposiums
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in using software, including MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently, as well as in cross-functional teams
