Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Employer Branding Team under Culture & Engagement Department in SIA Human Resources.

He/She will drive employer branding both internally and externally, to operationalise employer branding across the employee journey and at key talent touchpoints.

In addition, he/she will be required ideate, plan, create, execute, and measure employee advocacy programmes and employer brand content on digital and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop campaigns and communications to promote employer branding effectively through various platforms and channels, including but not limited to career microsite, social media, recruitment events

  • Support the development, execution, and launch of SIA's Employer Branding campaign to ensure brand consistency and strong narratives that resonate with both internal and external talent

  • Support the operationalisation of employer branding across the employee journey and at key talent touchpoints while localising and expanding the Employer Branding campaign to ensure channel alignment and on-brand content

  • Build and manage brand ambassadors programme by planning and execution of events to promote and drive employer branding both internally and externally

  • Create and produce content to support the employer brand such as employee stories and social media postings

  • Monitor, measure and improve effectiveness of employer branding campaigns and communications, to ensure that SIA remains the Employer of Choice in the talent marketplace

  • Develop and execute initiatives to build brand advocacy amongst employees so as to strengthen company culture and core values
  • Requirements

  • Possess a University Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years’ experience in roles driving employer branding initiatives

  • Strong project management skills and ability to run brand campaigns under tight timelines

  • Well versed in using digital and social media to promote and communicate on employer branding

  • Experience in working with analytic tools such as Google Analytics would be advantageous

  • Proficiency in content development and designing software such as Adobe Photoshop will be advantageous

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships and network

  • Resourceful and adaptable, with an attention to details
