Role Purpose (Why do we need this role?)
Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR (Total Rewards) supports the design, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs across the organization.
The role emphasizes Benefits management while also contributing to broader rewards initiatives such as salary reviews, benchmarking, and compensation partnering with Divisions.
The incumbent will act as a subject-matter advisor on employee benefits and provide operational and analytical support to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective total rewards practices.
