Established in 2010 by Nanyang Technological University in partnership with Imperial College London, it aims to be a leader in innovative medical education and research.
The School’s clinical partner is the National Healthcare Group.
The
TARIPH Centre for Respiratory Research Excellence
at LKCMedicine is a national platform advancing respiratory health research in Singapore.
We seek a motivated
Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
to support operations and engagement activities, contributing to public health initiatives and building a career in academic or research administration.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Centre Manager in daily operations and workflows.
Manage administrative tasks, including procurement, office coordination, KPI reporting, and event organization.
Handle communication with stakeholders via the Centre’s main inbox.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Develop communication materials such as website content, newsletters, and reports.
Liaise with institutional departments and external partners for research initiatives.
Engage with TARIPH patient partners and coordinate activities for the TARIPH Patient Network.
Perform other duties to support the Centre’s growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in academic, healthcare, or research administration (fresh graduates with strong interest may be considered).
Experience in event coordination or stakeholder engagement is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Adobe/content design software is advantageous.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and pay attention to detail.
