Our client is a leading Real Estate company.
They are looking for Assistant M&E Manager to assist their Building team for the next phase of their business.
They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible.
The Assistant M&E Manager is responsible for:
Duties
Maintenance & Operations:
Oversee routine M&E maintenance, repair, and replacement works to ensure timely and proper execution, including inspections and troubleshooting of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
Vendor & Team Supervision:
Supervise technicians and contractors, verify job completion, evaluate vendor performance, and ensure compliance with work scope, EHS, statutory, and contractual requirements.
Technical & Project Support:
Review, interpret, and sketch simple M&E drawings; manage tenants’ fit-out/renovation/reinstatement works; and provide onsite M&E engineering solutions for upgrading projects.
Tenant & Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers; maintain good tenant relations; attend to feedback, complaints, and requests; and participate in regular meetings to follow up on outstanding matters.
Administration & Reporting:
Prepare purchase requisitions/orders, maintenance and incident reports, keep proper records and documentation, and track attendance and performance of M&E staff and vendors.
Facilities Oversight & Continuous Improvement:
Conduct regular inspections, manage use of common facilities, attend to emergencies, implement operating procedures, and support cost control initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
Requirements
Min Degree in Mechanical / Electrical field, or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Possess Fire Safety Manager Certification would be an advantage
Possess Leadership experience
