Job Purpose
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual materials that support the company's brand identity, marketing campaigns, and communication initiatives.
This role involves leading creative projects, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring that all design outputs align with the company's standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for both digital and print media (e.g., advertisements, social media content, brochures, banners, packaging, etc.).
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide creative guidance to junior designers.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
- Prepare artwork for production and liaise with external vendors (e.g., printers, photographers, media partners) when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design, branding, and campaign work.
- Excellent sense of design aesthetics, typography, and layout composition.
- Strong communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
