Responsibilities
Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training & development
Work closely with Department Managers to assess and fulfill staffing requirements
Maintain and update employee records and ensure accuracy of HR databases
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and related matters
Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legal standards and alignment with company practices
Coordinate and facilitate the annual performance appraisal process
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing
Handle additional HR-related duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of HR best practices
Proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
