The HR Business Partner acts as a true partner to Epsilons APAC teams; responsible for overseeing an employee cohort based in Australia, Korea and Singapore, you will guide and support the leadership teams, motivate and grow our people through innovative people strategies, future facing workforce planning and initiatives.
This role drives the people strategy aligned with Epsilons vision, purpose and values along with leading and supporting on a range of projects across Epsilon and Publicis Groupe.
You will be responsible for leading a small HR team (1 x in Singapore and 1 x in Australia) who will support you and the business in achieving their goals.
