We are partnering with a global Technology firm who is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner Manager to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HRBP function for Singapore, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners.
- Partner closely with GTM leadership to drive organizational change and talent strategies.
- Lead the implementation of HR initiatives that support business growth and transformation.
Requirements
- Degree holder with 15+ years of HRBP experience in Singapore market handling high-volume workforce.
- Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) business units (sales, marketing, sales ops), ideally within IT services, consulting, high-growth tech, or financial services environments.
- Proven capability in leading HR transformation and change initiatives within a complex, matrix environment.
- Strong people management skills, experienced in leading HRBP teams.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at the leadership level.
