As a Senior HR Executive, you'll play a key role in driving our HR operations and culture.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the full spectrum of HR operations (mainly in recruitment and payroll).
- Providing guidance to staff on HR policies and compliance.
- Maintaining and updating HR information systems and databases.
- Keeping an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system.
- Supporting HR process improvements, SOP creation, and documentation.
- Handling MOM-related surveys and reporting.
- Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects, initiatives, and events.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HRM or Business Administration
- Min 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive and learning attitude
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Experience with HRIQ systems and event management is a bonus
- HR experience in the construction industry is highly advantageous
