Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintains effective internal communication on learning needs and program to respective stakeholders.
Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping, filing all training records.
Support hotel audits with essential training records and follow company policy as well as local authority guideline in training related area.
Ability to create a learning environment and assisting all other HR related activities and programs.
Effective and coordination with external stakeholders
Work with stakeholders and handle organisation's learning and development needs
Develop organisation's overall learning plan and conduct learning needs analysis
In charge of annual training budget
Source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters
Develop and update employee orientation materials
Conduct employee orientation
Monitor employee training calendar and coordinate internal and external training programs
Gather post training feedback and monitor effectiveness of training programs
Any other duties/tasks as requested by management
