The Senior Executive, HRIS is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms.

As a subject matter expert, the role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and seamless integration with external platforms, while collaborating with HR teams, IT, and vendors to deliver effective and sustainable HR solutions.

Beyond system management, the role also enables data-driven decision making and supports HR transformation initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1.

HRIS System Management

  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the HRIS platform to support organisational goals.

  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates across modules (recruitment, onboarding, leave, performance, etc.).

  • Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and manage system integrations.

  • Provide user training, resources, and support to drive adoption and effective use across functions.

  • Oversee testing and quality assurance of upgrades, ensuring smooth rollouts with minimal disruption.

  • Support digital learning by tracking participation, outcomes, and feedback through LMS and Power BI, providing insights for future strategies.

Data Analysis & HR Insights

  • Analyse HR data to support strategic workforce planning and operational decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI) for management reviews, compliance reporting, and internal audits.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using digital tools and bots.

  • Contribute to statutory and regulatory reporting (e.g., MOM, ECDA).

3.

Project & Transformation Support

  • Lead and/or support HR technology transformation projects, including policy reviews, process simplification, and system upgrades.

  • Drive adoption of HR digitalisation initiatives aligned with broader organisational change goals.

  • Provide cross-functional support for ad-hoc projects requiring HRIS expertise.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HRIS or HR technology roles, preferably with cloud-based systems (Darwinbox, Workday, SuccessFactors).

  • Hands-on experience in system implementation, configuration, analytics, and user training is preferred.

  • Internal candidates with relevant HR experience will be prioritised.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical skills in HRIS configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning, employee lifecycle) and system integrations.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, dashboards).

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple rollouts and enhancements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage leaders, global teams, vendors, and government agencies effectively.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
