Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights for workforce planning and performance optimization.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational growth and strategic objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior managerial or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and advanced HR best practices.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to lead independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in the automotive or high-growth industries is highly desirable.
